At Teodor Vanities, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vanity or bathroom accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Vanity
Ensure the item is securely packed in its original wooden crate or heavy-duty packaging with all hardware and installation guides included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to pick up the shipment directly from your curbside or loading dock.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
