What is the typical lead time for a Teodor Vanity?
Most of our in-stock vanities ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders or items currently on backorder typically arrive within 4-6 weeks depending on your location.
Do your vanities come fully assembled?
Yes, all Teodor Vanities are shipped fully assembled to ensure structural integrity. You will only need to install the countertop and connect the plumbing fixtures.
What materials are used in the construction of the cabinets?
We prioritize durability and luxury. Our cabinets are constructed from solid oak and high-grade furniture plywood, finished with water-resistant coatings to prevent warping in humid bathroom environments.
How do you handle shipping for large, fragile items?
We use specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Each vanity is secured in a reinforced wooden crate with shock-absorption packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees for freight items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Are the countertops pre-sealed?
Yes, our marble and quartz countertops come pre-sealed from the factory. However, for natural stone surfaces, we recommend resealing once a year to maintain maximum stain resistance.
